lights cut a piece of white yarn about 30 inches in length
just take different scrap yarn and place 2 knots for each color to help secure the bulb this is what you are making! lol have fun !! You can place bows by tieing a bow here and there that's up to you ! I seen at Walmart im sure they are at craft stores too but I found some lights small enough to be placed on this tree. it was cheaper to make and more personalized too! Just be careful when cutting the one end not too close it comes apart but close enough so it looks better see the picture on top to see end product.

Assembly

2 ) sew together the presents
4 ) add bows by tying a bow here and there
5 ) add the skirting then place the presents
